AuroraRCM, an AI- enabled Financial Technology company in the healthcare space, has entered into a partnership with NSBM Green University, one of Sri Lanka’s biggest institutions for higher education, setting the stage for an ambitious vision of developing the next generation of healthcare technology professionals in the country.
The tie-up is a defining move that underscores AuroraRCM’s commitment to shaping the future of the Revenue Cycle Management industry and highlights its position as an industry leader that is on par with the best in the region.
The Memorandum of Understanding signifying this strategic partnership was signed by AuroraRCM Strategy and Corporate Communications Lead, Ms. Elisha Claessen and NSBM Deputy Chancellor Professor Chaminda Rathnayaka at a ceremony held at NSBM’s state-of-the-art campus. The event was graced by the presence of a distinguished panel of academia, industry leaders, and corporate giants, including Deloitte, Acuity Knowledge Partners and Verite Research, all recognizing the growing young talent in the country.
AuroraRCM has already made waves in the U.S. healthcare revenue cycle industry, leveraging technology and talent to streamline medical billing, claims processing, and financial operations. With this partnership, the company is driving forward with its mission to build a robust young talent pipeline that can support global expansion while positioning Sri Lanka as a hub for Revenue Cycle Management.
Sharing his views about the historic partnership, AuroraRCM CEO Mazeer Mawjood shared, “For years, Sri Lanka’s talent pipeline has struggled to keep up with the rapidly evolving global job market. Traditional education systems have left a gap between what is taught and what industries demand. AuroraRCM is taking decisive action to change that. Our vision extends far beyond business growth. We are here to create impact, develop future leaders, and ensure that Sri Lankan talent is at the forefront. While many companies are still discussing digital transformation, AuroraRCM is already building the workforce that will lead it. This MOU signals to both academia and industry that the future isn’t coming—it’s already here.”
